2. Guarantee against faulty manufacture
Most of the products we sell are brand names or High Street stores 'own
brand' products. This in itself guarantees a certain level of quality
control and quality of workmanship.
Our own excellent reputation and 7 day Money Back Guarantee is another major
reason why we do not sell substandard products, however occasionally
mistakes do occur especially when you bear in mind that many of these
products are hand made.
Our aim is to offer at least the same quality of service as that given by
High Street stores. Therefore if a product purchased from us becomes faulty
due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months from the date of purchase we
will repair it or replace it with the same or a similar product. Please note
an allowance must be made for 'wear and tear' and that goods cannot be
replaced if a repair can be effected. Please contact us via our
